We want you to feel genuinely happy with what you receive from Plot Twist Society. These shirts are meant to feel like favorites from the very first wear, and we’ll always do our best to make sure your experience reflects that.

Because each piece is printed just for you, we’re unable to offer traditional returns. That said, if something isn’t quite right, you’re not on your own. Here’s how we take care of things.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a print issue, damage, or quality concern, please reach out within 15 days of delivery. Just send your order number and a quick photo to hello@plottwistsoc.com, and we’ll send a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Size Replacements
Ordered the wrong size? It happens more often than you think. We’re happy to offer a size replacement for the same design and color. Since each replacement is printed fresh, we ask that you cover a small shipping and handling fee for the new shirt $8.99 for t-shirts.

A Quick Tip
Each product page includes a detailed size chart in the photo section. Taking a moment to check it before ordering helps ensure the best fit and reduces unnecessary waste.

In Rare Cases
If a replacement or size swap does not resolve the issue, we’ll work with you on a refund. It’s uncommon, but when it happens, you can trust us to handle it with care and fairness.
